Welcome!  Whether you have a recent injury, chronic pain, emotional or health challenges, or are seeking stress reduction or a general health tune up, it is my pleasure to provide you with the effective, natural health solutions Chinese Medicine offers.

I use acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese food therapy, and essential oil acupoint therapy to create treatments unique to your body and your health goals.

Additional benefit:  common side effects include better sleep, reduced stress, improved digestion!

Can acupuncture help You?

Most likely, YES!   I was curious about acupuncture for years before I actually tried it myself.  I just didn't really know what it might be good for.

It turns out it can treat many different health conditions.   Some things I have frequently used it for are back pain, neck pain, sciatica, (all kinds of pain really!), headaches and migraines, anxiety, stress, PTSD, menstrual disorders, infertility, digestive disorders, high blood pressure, allergies, fatigue, emotional distress, scars, pre/post surgical procedures, and for healing from fractures and other injuries.

I would also like people to know that you can come in without a major complaint.  Many people enjoy coming in for a seasonal or monthly health "tune up"  or relaxation session (yes, relaxing-many people take a nap!).  This a great way to feel an enhanced sense of wellbeing and give your immune system a boost throughout the year.

Call me and we can see if acupuncture is a good fit for you!
